the front view of our house to be rendered and new roof. Front yard to become our back yard. will be fenced in to create a play area for the kids and more safe and secure. A new fence will also be erected




old original bathroom (main) will have a wall knocked down to include a toilet which is currently seperate and new vanity, shower and bath



Part of our current "adult" lounge - To be replaced with walk in rather roomy walk in pantry!

Current master, will be our spare guest bedroom

Back Yard, will be replaced with a new deck come outdoor room!

Powder room, leaving as is for now

Kitchen to be replaced with new cupboards and bench tops, large island bench will become our dining table, kitchen and 2nd lounge will become one large open space - gym replaced with the walk in pantry

Jakes current room will become a new study with lots of storage!

Hollies current room will become Heidi's bedroom

both windows will be replaced with doors opening out to deck

Adult lounge will become smaller to incorporate the walk in pantry

Hutch to be removed to make laundry on other side of it larger, door removed and hallway added to new master bedroom



Current ensuite (has shower not shown in pic) will become double the size. our current walk in robe area will be knocked out to make room for new ensuite.
